We accept returns within 60 days for any reason. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. We work hard to get everything out quickly—so don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Always feel free to reach out with any questions!

Yes—UPS Next Day Air and other expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM CST for same-day shipping.

Yes—all shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes—we thoroughly inspect and test every circuit breaker before it ships. Each unit is checked for flaws, tested for proper switch function, and verified to ensure it delivers power to each phase. High-value breakers may receive additional continuity testing. We also test most of the other electrical items we sell to ensure quality and performance.

We don’t process direct exchanges, but returns are easy within 60 days. In most cases, we can ship out the correct part once we receive the original back.

Alternatively, you can place a new order right away and return the original item for a refund once it’s sent back. Whatever works best for you—we’re here to help!

We don’t currently offer international shipping—but that may change. If you’re located outside the U.S. and need something, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to see what we can do.
